Why is pedisinistrous not a word?

We have “ambidextrous”, meaning able to use both hands equally well. Dextera is latin for “right-handed” and “ambi” meaning “both”.

So, surely if you can’t dance, you’re pedisinstrous. ๐Ÿ˜‚
